Building the club experience before the doors open.

Tee Room Golf needed more than a brochure for a new private indoor golf concept. We built a distinctive brand experience, a clear membership story, and a client-owned launch platform that could keep moving while the venue, lease, photography, and opening timeline evolved.

01 / The challenge

Sell a feeling that did not yet have a finished room.

Tee Room Golf was entering a crowded indoor-golf market with a deliberately different offer: a quiet, private, members-only club for people who want to practice with intent. Capped membership, round-the-clock access, and Trackman technology mattered, but the larger promise was ownership and ease rather than a loud night out.

Development began while the physical space and lease were still being finalized. The address could not be announced, finished venue photography did not yet exist, and the opening plan would continue to shift toward Winter 2026. The website needed to generate interest without presenting provisional details as settled facts.

That made sequence important. Establish the idea, explain membership, capture a free session request, and leave room for the venue story to become more specific as the business did.

02 / Positioning

Private and classic, without becoming unapproachable.

The visual direction grows from the club's original identity: deep greens, warm gold, cream, expressive serif type, and a playful golf-cup mark. Spacious compositions and large simulator photography make the rooms feel considered and calm instead of crowded.

Messaging leads with the points that change a buying decision: reliable access, a membership cap, serious practice technology, and flexible month-to-month plans. It avoids overexplaining the machinery before the visitor understands why the club exists.

The core idea: a member should feel like the room is theirs, not like they are waiting for a turn in someone else's venue.

A responsive editorial layout balances the club's vintage visual language with modern hierarchy, navigation, and conversion paths.

03 / The journey

Every route leads to a useful next step.

The site supports a complete consideration journey rather than relying on one generic contact page. Visitors can understand the concept, inspect the simulator experience, compare plans, explore events, resolve common questions, and then request a free hour.

Understand the difference

The first screen establishes a private, members-only alternative to entertainment-led simulator venues.

Compare membership

Three tiers explain included hours, booking windows, and who each option suits without hiding the tradeoffs.

Try the experience

A free hour gives prospects one direct, low-friction next step across the home, membership, and contact journeys.

Plan a gathering

Leagues, private events, and corporate inquiries have their own path without distracting from membership conversion.

Contact submissions are routed by intent, so membership, event, general, and administrative questions reach the right part of the business without exposing the internal routing logic to visitors.

04 / Content

A launch site designed for facts that were still changing.

A full content management system would have added cost and process before the team knew what it needed to publish regularly. Hard-coding every launch detail throughout the interface would have made each revision risky. We chose a focused middle ground.

The most changeable information lives in a structured, typed content model. That keeps repeated details consistent and makes routine updates small, reviewable releases:

  • Hero stories and calls to action
  • Membership prices, benefits, and booking rules
  • Launch notices and upcoming events
  • Homepage value propositions

The same approach allowed location sections to remain intentionally general while lease details were private, then become more specific later without redesigning the page.

05 / Architecture

A quiet technical foundation for a high-touch brand.

The public experience is generated as static pages and distributed globally. That keeps page delivery fast, the hosting footprint small, and routine maintenance low. The only custom runtime is the lead-capture path, which validates form submissions and sends them through managed email infrastructure.

01 WebsiteA statically generated Next.js experience with responsive, optimized project photography
02 DeliveryPrivate object storage behind a global content network for fast, low-maintenance hosting
03 LeadsA serverless contact endpoint that validates inquiries and routes them by topic
04 ReleaseInfrastructure as code with separate review and production environments

Analytics runs only in production, keeping internal review traffic out of reporting. Infrastructure and release automation live in the client's own cloud account, so the business retains control of its domain, data, hosting, and future technical direction.

06 / The result

Ready to launch now, structured to become more later.

Tee Room Golf now has a complete public foundation for its Winter 2026 opening: a clear point of view, a ten-page customer journey, membership comparison, events and simulator storytelling, topic-aware lead capture, search foundations, and production analytics.

The site does not pretend Phase 1 is already a member application. Booking remains with the club's existing provider. Accounts, recurring billing, deeper scheduling, leagues, and a full editorial system remain distinct future decisions, ready to be explored when the operating model and integration options are proven.

That separation is deliberate: launch the experience the business needs today, own the foundation, and add application complexity only when it creates real value.

Your next chapter

A new business deserves more than a placeholder website.

We turn an early concept into a credible brand, a practical lead journey, and a technical foundation that can grow at the same pace as the business.
